The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Once the product is successfully picked up, we will initiate the refund process.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot process cancellations.

If you are eligible for a refund after returning a product, please note that the refund will be processed within 7 working days after the product is successfully picked up.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the transaction to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
